- Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Kaunas, Lithuania) – hosting of the website elevaris.ch. When the site is accessed, technical log files (including IP address, browser type, timestamp) are recorded to ensure stability and security.
- e-future (e-future GmbH, Switzerland) – hosting and server services for websites and applications.
Own server infrastructure (self-hosted)
Infomaniak (Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland) operates our own server infrastructure, on which the following services run self-hosted. The data remains on our own infrastructure in Switzerland:
- n8n – workflow automation
- Cal.com – appointment booking
- Nextcloud – file and document storage
- Baserow – database / management of prospect data
- Vaultwarden – password management
- RustDesk – remote support
External service providers (processors)
- systeme.io (ITACWT Limited, Dublin, Ireland) – provision of landing pages and processing of online sales.
- MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Dublin, Ireland) – sending of emails and statistical analysis.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France) – sending of emails and marketing communication.
Fonts
The font used (Inter) is served locally from our own server. No fonts from third-party providers (e.g. Google Fonts) are loaded; no corresponding data transfer takes place.
Rights of data subjects
Users have the right to request information about the data stored about them, as well as rights to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and objection to processing. Users can withdraw their consent to data processing at any time.
Data security and disclosure of data
The data is treated securely and confidentially. Disclosure to third parties only takes place within the framework of the statutory provisions or with the express consent of the user. Some service providers may process data outside Switzerland and the European Union, whereby an adequate level of data protection is ensured.
